· Deposit of £1,000 payable at the time of booking to confirm your wedding date. · A signed copy of the contract is to be returned within 14 days of booking.
· Final balance is due in 3 installments in the lead-up to the wedding with the final amount due one month prior.
· Biodegradable confetti is approved on the grounds of the hotel only.
· Naked flames are only permitted if they are in a container that is higher than the flame. All other candles should be LED.
· Only food and drink purchased from or provided by The Priest House Hotel may be consumed on the premises, unless with prior agreement.
External catering will incur a supplementary charge.
· All tableware, including cutlery, crockery, and glassware are included in the room hire. · Tablecloths and napkins provided are white. Other colours are available at an additional cost. · Chairs and tables · Fully stocked and manned private function bar from your wedding breakfast to midnight. · A dedicated wedding planner to oversee all aspects of your day.
Check-in is from 3pm and check out is 11am. We do not have a specified wedding party preparation room but do offer early check in from 12pm at a discounted rate.
· All dietary requirements can be catered for and will be asked for at the time of pre-order. This will be required one month prior to the wedding day.
· Children’s ages are classed as 2-12 years, teenagers 13-18, under 2 eat free. Adults ordering from the children’s menu will be charged at adult prices
· Corkage is allowed and will be charged at the following rate. · All corkage will be pre-paid and allowed until the end of the wedding breakfast.

· All suppliers booked by The Priest House Hotel are external companies and will contact the couple directly once booked by thewedding planner. This is usually done by phone so please ensure the correct number is passed over.
The private function bar will close at midnight. An extension can be paid for prior to the day.
· Both function rooms have sound systems that can be connected via Bluetooth or aux cable. We ask the couple to provide all music on a device that can be connected to the system and the team on the day will sort the rest.
· Ceremonies may take place at the front of the hotel but will be confirmed on the day itself by the Registrar. A second ceremony will be set inside the hotel in the eventuality of bad weather or unsuitable grounds.
· 5cl bottles for favours will be allowed but may not be consumed onsite.
· If not already included in your chosen package, wedding breakfast tastings are charged at £35.00 per person.
· The Riverside Suite is on the second floor with no lift access.
· Your room will be set up by the team as early as we can do so. We will confirm one week prior to the wedding on the exact time.
· No, we have a recommended list of suppliers, who are regulars to the venue, and we know are reliable. You are welcome to bring in other suppliers, we just ask for their details so we can contact them on the day if needed.
